Ideal location with a very peaceful backdrop of the Tuscan mountains. Breakfast was lovely and was served in a beautiful dining room. The rooms were cleaned daily and were decorated to fit with what is, a very attractive building.
The website suggested that the villa had a BBQ that could be used by guests. On arrival, we were told that this was only for the use of the owners, which was a shame. This oversight needs to be addressed by the villa/website and ammended as not to mislead. The website also states that the villa has jacuzzi. Our room however, did not. It may well be that ceratin rooms do, so this needs to be made clearer when displaying information about the services that the villa owns. Small details...but important!

Spent 1 night here with my dogs, had a relaxing stay overall. The hotel was in a wonderful position next to an excellent restaurant in the nearby centre of Pieve Fosciana, Pieve Fosciana and the wonderful Il Pozzo restaurant and the nearby centre. Furthermore, on the Tuscan hills.

The bed was super comfortable and the surrounding area was nice and peaceful. I loved the cat that was always chilling outside. The breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The hosts may not have spoken English, but we were able to communicate using Google Translate and hand gestures.
Felt completely at home, nothing was too much trouble.

Very nicely decorated, like a doll house
The road is so long and extremely curvy. If you will stay just for one night, it is not the right place. It is mostly to relax in the nature around rather than city trips. It has a great road but very tiring.

A really lovely pink villa. Stayed as part of a touring holiday similar to last year and went back here as we liked it so much. Bedrooms are individually styled with beautiful linen and antique furniture. Our room had a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and views of the hills. Good breakfast served by the owner. A big plus is the swimming pool with views of the hills around and gardens.
